How do you get your photos to look vintage and really light? Do you use a flash?
I use the Original Totally Rad actions for Adobe Photoshop - Troy, Clarify, and Lux being my favorites. I do not use a flash when taking photos; my camera is usually set to M or "no flash."
Do you use a special lens? How can I get that "blurry" background?
For most of my food shots, I use this Canon EF 50mm Lens
which results in that "blurry" background. For everyday photos I use a Tamron Macro Zoom Lens

Adobe Photoshop CS5.
Where do you find fonts for your posts?
1001freefonts.com has a great selection of royalty-free fonts that are available to download without purchase. Otherwise, I buy all fonts from myfonts.com.
What gluten free all purpose flour do you use?
I mix my own using this combo (all from Bob's Red Mill): 3 C. white rice flour + 1 C. tapioca flour/starch + 1/3 C. potato starch (not potato flour). Store in a ziploc bag or container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
What do you recommend to replace dairy milk in recipes?
I use So Delicious Coconut Milk. I've also had success with using rice milk, hemp milk, and almond milk.
What do you recommend to replace dairy cheese in recipes?
Daiya cheese shreds are vegan and gluten, casein, soy, rice, nuts, and egg -free. Galaxy's Rice Vegan slices and blocks are gluten, casein, lactose, and soy -free.
