Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix
Vanilla Whipped "Cream"/Frosting Recipe
In a stand mixer fitted w/ paddle attachment (or hand mixer) mix on slow speed:
1/2 C. shortening
4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 Tbs. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Up to 1/8 C. water
-Slowly add in water until consistency is thick, smooth, and spreadable
