The Art of Dishware

One thing I love about dishes (besides their undying devotion during meal time) is seeing them displayed in an open cabinet or hutch within the kitchen or dining room. We all have those embarrassing mugs (read: obnoxious coworker...secret-Santa exchange...why oh why Lord did he draw my name) but outside of the occasional awful ceramic piece, dishes make a gorgeous backdrop to any space.
