One of the things I love most about the holidays is decorating the table. While I'm not a fan of over-the-top fancy place settings, I do find it quite fun to celebrate the day with nice plates, silverware, and glasses. As for the accessories, I like to keep the centerpieces, place cards, and scattered decor rather simple, allowing the food to be the center of attention. Here are a few Thanksgiving table settings I'm loving, complete with a place setting diagram to assist those of us who are in charge of that particular duty this year.

The placement diagrams are *so* helpful! I am hosting Thanksgiving dinner at my house this year, and this is such a great tip to make sure we get placements right! The pictures you posted are also pretty gorgeous. :)
Hope you have a great holiday!

I'm saving these diagrams and printing them off ASAP. I've always had a problem remembering what goes where, even after many years of setting the table. Those will be my secret cheat sheets :)

Goodness! That table is lovely, and I love the gold pumpkins! :) [It's what I'm planning to do for Thanksgiving! I would totally go for the simple table [getting enough glassware and tableware would be a hard thing to do!]

I love the post!! The diagrams are particularly helpful, you need a big table to appropriately set for the formal arrangement! I love you inspiration pictures as well. The gourd candle holders are fantastic and I love the gold accents xoxo
