There are so many reasons to love this time of year, and being able to wear a shimmery eye is one of them. I'd probably pair most of these palettes with a nude lip, but if you're really in the spirit a swipe of red gloss never hurt anyone. I'm still in awe of the Dior Grand Bal Carnet collection (#1 below) - who knew makeup could be so pretty while still in the package?!

great choices- my sister is a makeup artist and as a tip always says invest on concealers and blush but when it comes to eyeshadow the drugstore ones are best as they have more oils which stays on your eyelids longer.
